UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional (EAPRO) office has now issued a Request for Proposals in reference to LRPS-2024-9193690 to seek a qualified contractor for Publication Design Service for Health and Immunization. Background The awarded contractor will provide Graphic Design Services to the UNICEF EAPRO Health/HIV Section for a range of publications. EAPRO provides technical assistance in the evidence generation on MNCAH to inform the regional and country programming, policy, and advocacy. These regional reports will contribute to improving PHC and achieving UHC in countries. The reports present findings to support the cross-country learning and south to south cooperation. Reports will be disseminated through various platforms including in the UNICEF public website, various webinars and consultations with country offices, their government and NGO partners. The following 7 reports / publications are under this assignment: Regional roadmap for Elimination of Mother-To-Child Transmission of HIV, HBV, and syphilis in the Asia Pacific region for 2023–2030 Zero dose desk review - UNICEF EAPRO Curated report and full report- UNICEF contribution to COVID-19 response in EAPRO e-document – UNICEF contribution to COVID-19 response in EAPRO Strategy of Engagement on Immunization 2022 to 2030 Investment case for integration of adolescent health in Primary Health Care in East Asia and the Pacific (Cambodia and Indonesia) Community health workers analysis report Objectives, Purpose & Expected results The selected contractor will design and provide artwork for the above listed 7 reports and publications. The reports will be designed based on UNICEF Graphic Design standards as per UNICEF Brandbook 4.0. Location and Duration - Location: all work to be completed remotely. Communication with UNICEF will be through email or teams/zoom calls. - Estimated contract duration is November 2024 – June 2025. Additional contract duration is given to allow last approvals, invoicing and payment process to be completed before the contract expires.
