UNDP Bhutan is seeking proposal from the national consulting firms for production of a short video, highlighting Bhutan’s progress on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), based on the Third Voluntary National Review 2025.For details, please review the attached ToR and the brief objective and scope of the assignment below:The objective of the consultancy is to produce a high-quality, impactful and engaging 3-minute video that effectively showcases Bhutan’s progress on the SDGs, with a strong narrative that reflects key milestones, innovations, partnerships, and human stories aligned with the 2030 Agenda. Under the guidance of UNDP’s Communications and Accelerator Lab teams, and in consultation with relevant government stakeholders, the multi-media firm will be responsible for scripting, visual concept development, filming, and editing of the video. The video will be aligned with/based on the overall VNR narrative and Bhutan’s development context. The video must be of high quality and impactful given it is to be presented at the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) and for subsequent dissemination among global audiences.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
