The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Italy, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer the provision of media monitoring and analytics services. UNHCR may award a Frame Agreement to one primary supplier and one back-up supplier for an initial duration of 3 (three) years, potentially extendable for a further period of 2 (two) years, tentatively starting as of 1 April 2025.
