The scope of work includes the following: Section A Preparatory Work Section B Foundation Work and Steel Structure for the 2nd Floor Section C Raised Floor (Levelling) – 1st Floor Section D Partitions, Ceilings, and Floor Coverings Section E Doors and Windows Section F Furniture Section G Wall Painting Section H Generator Shelter Section I Mechanical & Electrical Works Section J Roof for Parking Area Section K Main Lobby Section L Dismantling and Relocation of Office Items/Furniture Interested contractors must demonstrate relevant experience in office renovation and/or construction projects, the capacity to meet UN quality and safety standards, and the ability to complete the works within the specified timeframe.
