We are pleased to inform you that the ILO is planning to hair a Firm/Agency for the “End Project Documentary” to capture ISEC Project Successes and Beneficiary Impact Narratives. The details scope of works are: Script and Concept Development: The agency will develop a compelling documentary script aligned with the project’s objectives, focusing on all the activities under skills and enterprises along with the empowerment of women and community transformation. The storyline should reflect the real impact of the ISEC project. The agency needs to go to the field directly to capture the results. Pre-Production Planning: The agency will coordinate with ILO Cox’s Bazar Communication Officer to identify filming locations, interview subjects, and scheduling. All logistical arrangements for the shoot must be finalized at this stage to ensure smooth execution. Filming and Documentation: The agency will conduct field filming at selected locations (e.g., Cox’s Bazar, Canada Embassy, Netherlands Embassy, and MoYS), capturing interviews, project activities. Still photography along with Drone Footage/photos of key moments, must also be taken. Voiceover and Narration: The documentary will feature professional female voiceovers (British Accent) in both Bangla and English. The narration should complement the visual storytelling and maintain accessibility for diverse audiences. Subtitle text will be provided wherever necessary. Post-Production and Editing: The agency will edit and produce a high-quality 5–8-minute documentary and 5 short social media clips (under 1 minute), complete with subtitles, transitions, music, branding, and logos where applicable. Final Outputs and Deliverables: The agency must submit the final video files in broadcast and digital-ready formats, along with all raw footage, open project files, and at least 50 high-resolution photographs of the project fieldwork.
