The human rights education pillar of the Huqooq e Pakistan II Programme will be implemented nationwide, with a particular focus on academic institutions in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta. Additionally, UNDP-DHL will also support the setting up of a Human Rights Education Centre in Lahore that will act as a hub for the programme. Apart from possessing the academic competence to implement the deliverables highlighted below, the contractor is expected to facilitate a transfer of expertise and knowledge to UNDP-DHL.  Services are requested for 24 months to implement the project.
