The ILO Afghanistan intends to recruit a registered National / Local NGO or eligible Consultancy firm as Implementing Partner to Design and deliver skills development trainings on identified employment and income generation opportunities, responsive to rural and informal economies and target capacities (Treated drug users and their family members). The Implementing Partner (IP) will: Design and deliver vocational training using the TREE methodology. Coordinate with local stakeholders and ensure inclusive participation.
