Request for Proposals for Services (RFPS also known as LRPS)   UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for “developing a digital training platform (e-learning) for social services workforce in Romania” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B. HOW TO APPLY:   E-MAIL PROPOSALS should be sent to: [email protected].   The reference RFPS/LRPS-2024-9194614 E-learning platform SSW and Company name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.   The Bid Form (pg. 2-3 from the RFPS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal.  The Proposals MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Friday, 13th Dec 2024, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.   Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.   It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them.
