In order to access the full WHO RFP details, request clarifications on the RFP, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered with Basic Level as a WHO vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM.       For guidance on how to register on UNGM and submit responses to WHO tenders in the WHO electronic tendering portal, please refer to:      - the attached UNGM guide: Instructions on how to register with WHO and access WHO tenders      - the user guide and other resources available at: http://www.who.int/about/finances-accountability/procurement/en/      This Request for Proposals is not open to Individual bidders.   Important note: although WHO has applied its best endeavours to provide a full description of the services, it is strongly recommended that prospective service providers take part in the Virtual pre-bid conference scheduled to be held on 19 March 2025 between 15:00 – 16:00 hours (Central European Time zone) to understand the exact requirement of WHO, clarify any matters related to technical, contractual or commercial matters. The prospective service providers that are interested to take part in the virtual pre-bid conference shall email the names and email addresses of their representatives at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to [email protected] An email will be sent to the registered participants with the link and login credentials for the Virtual pre-bid conference. The prerequisite of participating in the pre-bid conference is to submit your intention to bid via the UNGM website. Please see further details in 4.2 Intention to Bid.       PLEASE NOTE: WHO normally expects Bidders to express their intention to bid short after the publication of the RFP. Clicking on the blue “Express Interest” or on the “Opt In” button (bottom of the “RFP Document” tab page) is not a formal Intention to Bid. Bidders must refer to the RFP documents to get detailed information on this process.         The timely and successful registration with UNGM as well as the validity and number of contact details entered in the UNGM registration are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
