The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) provides technical and vocational education and training to Palestine refugee youth through its Vocational Training Centers (VTCs) across its Fields of operation. The Wadi Seer Training Center (WSTC), located in Amman, Jordan, currently enrolls approximately [insert number] students in various technical and vocational disciplines. Given the nature of the training activities, which include both classroom and workshop-based learning, students may be exposed to risks of minor or major accidents. To safeguard their well-being and provide financial protection in case of accidental injury or death, UNRWA intends to contract a reputable insurance company to provide Accident Insurance Coverage for all enrolled students at WSTC. 2. Purpose The purpose of this ToR is to define the scope and requirements for engaging a qualified insurance provider to deliver comprehensive accident insurance coverage for WSTC enrolled students during study and all training-related activities, both within and outside the training center premises.
