Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The External Collaborator is expected to support the structured development of 17 Occupational Standards and 9 Qualification Standards through deliverables-based training, facilitation and quality assurance, in line with the European Qualifications Framework and relevant EU instruments. The overall process will contribute to the following outputs: • 17 validated Occupational Standards • 9 validated Qualification Standards • 1 action plan for continued development • Training modules for institutional actors • A pool of trained experts for future standard development The overall development process will span from June 2025 to September 2026. In particular, targeted plan is as follows: • Batch 1 (Jul–Nov 2025): 4 OS • Batch 2 (Nov 2025–May 2026): 10 OS + 5 QS • Batch 3 (Jun–Sep 2026): 3 OS + 4 QS While the overall project aims to support the development of 17 OS and 9 QS, this External Collaborator contract covers only the consultant’s engagement in development of templates and training materials and supporting the development of two OS between July and December 2025 and activities on WG trainings in this timeframe. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
