UNHCR PSP Hong Kong requests for the supply of Communications Services for Middle-Value-Donor-Program. General Requirement  The selected vendor must have a proven track record of successful customer/donor communications and developing effective communication materials. They should be able to work collaboratively with UNHCR Sub-Office Hong Kong staff and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of the project. The success of the project will be measured by the increase in fundraising metrics, such as donation amounts, number of donations, the number of donors upgrading their monthly contributions, eDM click-to-open-rate etc.   Find attached in Annex A additional information about the services required (TOR).   Please fill in and sign the Technical Response Form (Annex B) for your technical proposal. Please fill in and sign with company stamp the Financial Quotation (Annex C) for your price proposal. Your financial proposal must be all-inclusive, meaning that no further cost will be absorbed by UNHCR in case of selection.  UNHCR is exempted from all direct taxes, with this regards the price must be given without any local taxes. Please use a single currency (HKD) to provide your quotation.
