The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for provision of the following services: consultancy services for ePMDs review and organisational performance strengthening for WHO Country Office in Ukraine. WHO Office in Ukraine seeks to undertake an external review of the Performance Management and Development System (ePMDs). The purpose of the review is to evaluate the effectiveness, consistency, accountability and fairness of the ePMDs processes and to understand how individual objectives and deliverables relate to programme work plans, donor agreements, and organisational priorities. Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirements are requested to express their interest by submitting the following documents: The completed Expression of Interest Form, using the template provided in Annex A. A Vendor Information Form, using the template provided in Annex B.    A self-declaration form, using the form provided in Annex C. Please follow instructions in the documents attached.
