Country:   Viet Nam Description of the Assignment:  National Consultant working as Campaignn Manager to oversee and support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the awareness campaign on human trafficking for forced criminality in Vietnam Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  15 July - 31 December 2025The purpose of the assignment is to oversee and support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the awareness campaign on human trafficking for forced criminality in Vietnam. It is anticipated that the regional campaign will have a national impact, particularly through distribution of Vietnamese content via available local media channels. The Campaign Manager will closely collaborate with an external production company responsible for creating the campaign materials and ensure the successful execution of the campaigns objectives.  The Campaign manager will also work closely with UNODC implementing partners (IJM and the Mekong Club) in developing the campaign and overall strategy.  Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
