Assess technical, legal, operational, and sustainability aspects related to the development and maintenance of the database. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for accessibility, confidentiality, and long-term functionality. Deliver a comprehensive feasibility study, including actionable recommendations for the design, structure, and implementation of the ILO CBA database.
