All Technical details and the financial requirements should be completed as per the annexes 1&2 through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM). • The Financial and technical offer should be submitted in the attached excel bidding sheets format and in PDF form as well. • Quotes should include the delivery to MOH/Syria. • Annexes 1 and 2 must be completed exactly as provided, without any modifications. • Please be advised that Annex 2 (Financial Annex) is protected and locked.
