The ILO seeks an External Collaborator to substantively edit, copyedit, and proofread the Future Ready Market Assessment on digital skills and employment pathways in Lebanon. The English language manuscript, prepared by PFC International, is 135 pages and approximately 28,700 words, including references and annexes. The assignment will strengthen its structure, clarity, coherence, consistency, citations, and overall publication readiness and will produce tracked-changes and clean final manuscripts for ILO clearance and subsequent graphic design.
