Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The FAIRWAY Programme Phase II, a four-year interregional initiative supported by SDC, aims to improve conditions for migrant workers by strengthening labour migration governance across key corridors linking Africa and the Arab States. Building on Phase I, the programme focuses on sectors where migrant workers—especially women—are most vulnerable, including domestic, care, and construction work. Activities span East Africa (Kenya, Uganda), West Africa (Nigeria), and the Arab States (GCC countries, Lebanon, Jordan). FAIRWAY applies a gender-transformative approach to advance effective cooperation on labour migration, improve decent work outcomes for women migrant workers, and strengthen protection and empowerment through services, rights, and representation. The programme seeks a Monitoring, Reporting and Communication Consultant to reinforce monitoring systems, support adaptive management, and ensure high-quality reporting and communication. The consultant will track integration of gender-transformative strategies, analyse lessons learned, and contribute to the annual reporting and Global Steering Committee through synthesized findings and progress updates. This role is central to ensuring that evidence, insights, and promising practices continuously inform programme implementation and impact. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
