The objective of the assignment will be to undertake an evaluation of the UNESCO- Re|Shaping Policies for Creativity and Artistic Freedom programme, covering the 2022-2025 period.The main purpose of the evaluation is to assess the overall performance of the Programme during the period under review, and to provide lessons learned and recommendations regarding its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, coherence and sustainability in encouraging collaboration with Civil Society Organizations in policymaking; as well as in promoting Gender Equality in Cultural and Creative Industries.
