Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, IOM intends to enter into a non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement(s) (LTAs) with the successful bidder(s) for the supply of an indefinite quantity of the specified products in support of IOM’s operations. The price offered will remain the same throughout the LTA duration. The supplier should demonstrate how to handle urgent Service /maintenance requests The successful bidder shall accord the same terms and conditions to any other organisation within the International Organization for Migration that wishes to avail of such terms, after written consent from IOM.
