As part of its activities, the OSCE SPU arranges various conferences, seminars, meetings and other events in Ukraine and requires provision of hotel accommodation and event management services according to the provided requirements and specifications.   With an aim to achieve the cost and time savings as well as reduction of administrative efforts, the OSCE SPU is seeking reputable, highly qualified and experienced Contractor(s) for the provision of hotel accommodation and event management services in a cost effective and customer-oriented manner. The OSCE SPU intends to conclude the contract(s) for a period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extension up to five (5) years. Throughout the term of the contract, the OSCE SPU does not guarantee any minimum level of business. Any orders placed against the contract shall be on an “as and when required” basis, and the OSCE SPU shall be under no obligation to procure any or all of the services exclusively from the selected Contractor(s).
