1. Background The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa (ROMENA) is implementing the project Yemen Counterproliferation Support and Assistance to strengthen the operational capacity of the Yemen Coast Guard (YCG) in Aden, Yemen. As part of this initiative, UNODC intends to procure a full range of spare parts for a Marine Travelift 50 BFM II (Serial No. 3168–1104) to ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness of YCG vessels and lifting equipment. 2. Scope of Requirements The requirement covers the supply of genuine or OEM-approved spare parts for Marine Travelift 50 BFM II, including but not limited to: • Sling assemblies, wire ropes, bearings, bushings, seals, and sheaves • Hydraulic motors, pumps, valves, and control systems • Filters (oil, fuel, air, suction, replacement elements) • Hoses, clamps, adapters, and fittings • Tires, fan belts, and other consumables • Complete Cummins 4B 3.3L Tier 2 engine overhaul kits • Other associated accessories and replacement parts as per the attached list All parts must be genuine, new, and compatible with the Marine Travelift 50 BFM II, Serial No. 3168–1104. Specific Requirements/Information 3. Special Requirements • Vendors must demonstrate experience supplying marine spare parts, preferably for Travelift or similar heavy-duty marine lifting equipment. • Vendors should be able to provide proof of authenticity (OEM certification, authorized distributor letter, or manufacturer warranty). • Delivery must be made to Aden, Yemen, with the vendor responsible for export clearance and safe packaging for international shipping. • Preference will be given to vendors who can supply the entire list of required spare parts as one package. • Vendors must be registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM), or commit to register prior to any contract award. 4. Evidence of relevant past experience in supplying marine spare parts (references, contracts, client list) 3. Proof of OEM authorization or certification for the required parts 4.
