As a foundational diagnostic, the PCA will directly inform the delivery and adaptation of project interventions, ensuring they are conflict-sensitive, inclusive, and peace-responsive. The PCA will also examine the broader rural finance ecosystem in South Sudan to ensure that lessons and recommendations apply beyond the immediate READ target counties, to inform national approaches to promoting inclusive rural financial systems.  Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
