The aim of this assignment is to identify and engage a fitting service provider that can offer cross-cultural awareness raising tools – in a digital format - for the staff of the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The focus is on selecting a provider that can deliver a comprehensive virtual platform to equip IOM staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate and excel in diverse cross-cultural environments.
