The consultancy will involve a comparative legal analysis of Serbia’s OSH legislation in relation to EU Directive and ILO Conventions Nos. 155, 161, and 187, as well as recommendations for institutional measures to strengthen enforcement and monitoring. The external collaborator will engage with national stakeholders and produce an inception report, legal review, and a final report with concrete, actionable guidance to support legal alignment and effective implementation.
