It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Meeting Room Digital Equipment/Furniture. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expressions of interest from qualified firms.   Service Description: The Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) is tasked with the essential responsibility of investigating and prosecuting crimes against humanity, genocide, and war crimes, which requires the secure handling and expert evaluation of sensitive evidence. To fulfil its mandate, the OTP frequently engages with high-level delegations. In light of increasing diplomatic engagements and the growing need for secure and efficient collaboration, the OTP seeks to expand its current meeting room to accommodate larger delegations. This expansion involves procuring advanced technological equipment and furniture that will enable seamless, secure meetings while supporting OTP’s operational requirements. By creating a state-of-the-art meeting environment, the OTP will enhance its capacity to conduct confidential, high-level discussions, which are critical to the execution of its mandate.
