ITC seeks to contract a qualified African-based marketing communication agency for a period of 16 weeks (February–June 2026) to deliver branding, positioning, and communications foundations for the MiA initiative. The objectives of the contractor are to: • Translate the insights from the 2023 Concept Study into actionable branding and communications strategies; • Test and refine naming, positioning, and identity options; • Develop a consolidated brand identity system and toolkit; • Propose and design digital templates (website, social media, e-newsletters); • Develop a cost-efficient awareness campaign plan with case studies for early roll-out in 2026Scope of work and specifications
