This joint UN disability rights Programme has been implemented under two Phases; Phase 1 period was from 2021 to June 2024, and the Phase 2 implementation period is from October 2024 to January 2026. The first End of Programme Evaluation for the Phase 1 Programme was concluded in June 2024. This Evaluation will cover the overall Programme implementation period of both Phases 1 and 2 with key emphasis on capturing the critical changes that have occurred in Zimbabwe through the GDF’s five-year investment of total budget USD170 000.
