UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a service provider to provide Technical support to design and implement a multi-country Listening and Learning Exercise on MHPSS Coordination under the IASC MHPSS Reference Group. Overall Objective To design and implement a structured Listening and Learning Exercise on MHPSS coordination, generating actionable insights and practical recommendations to strengthen coordination approaches across humanitarian contexts. Specific Objectives To develop a clear and feasible methodological framework for the Listening and Learning Exercise, including selection of contexts, tools for data collection, and analytical approach. To collect and analyse qualitative and/or quantitative data from selected global, regional, and country-level stakeholders on experiences of MHPSS coordination, including enabling factors, challenges, and gaps. To synthesise findings into a structured set of lessons learned and practical recommendations relevant to coordination actors, including the IASC MHPSS Reference Group and its partners. To facilitate validation and reflection processes with key stakeholders to ensure relevance, accuracy, and usability of the findings. Expected Results By the end of the assignment, UNICEF and the IASC MHPSS Reference Group will have: a completed Listening and Learning Exercise on MHPSS coordination; a clear synthesis of recurring coordination patterns, opportunities, and constraints across selected contexts; practical recommendations to inform the future work of the Reference Group and support country-level coordination actors. This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
