Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is planning to implement Job search club (JSC) methodology in Sulaymaniyah and Erbil governorates covering a total of 200 young job seekers, these clubs will be implemented through universities career development centres in collaboration with vocational training and youth centre. The assignment is delivering TOT for 24 facilitators about adaptive JSC methodology with Iraq labour market demands; after providing 6 days training, the assignment will be providing online coaching and monitoring for the implemented JSC and to ensure JSC facilitators certifying eligibility. Following this, ILO will certify 24 JSC facilitators from CDCs, VTCs and youth centre in the target areas, these facilitators will deliver JSC service through 10 JSC, 5 each governorate to cover 100 job seekers in Erbil and 100 Sulaymaniyah as part of the certification process.
