Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Assess how far Nepal’s laws, regulations, policies, and practices align with the Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190). • Identify relevant national provisions and analyze whether and how they reflect the Convention. Pinpoint gaps and provisions requiring amendment or new measures to ensure compliance. • Recommend legal and policy changes, as well as practical actions for government, employers, and workers to strengthen protection against violence and harassment in the world of work. • Support tripartite constituents in drafting a roadmap to implement the recommendations of the gap analysis, ensuring an inclusive, gender-responsive, and sustainable approach to alignment with Convention No. 190.
