UNDP-IC-2024-360National Individual Consultant: Validation of Technical Standards of NEECA Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Regulations and Development of National Fuel Economy Standards in PakistanPlease submit your proposal as per the TORs attached for the provision of National Individual ConsultantObjectives of the Assignment: 1.  To validate the Technical Standards and Specifications incorporated in the NEECA EV Charging Infrastructure Regulations 2023 for establishing the EV Charging Infrastructure in Pakistan. 2. To conduct a study on developing national fuel Economy standards for Pakistan and current corporate average fuel economy of all the local automotive OEMS of passenger cars, 2/3-Wheeler vehicles, light & heavy commercial vehicles and suggesting a realistic benchmark of corporate average fuel economy (CAFÉ) or any other practical standard being used by developed and neighboring countries.Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the System.
