The International Labour Organization (ILO), as part of its "Building Responsible Value Chains in Asia" project, seeks an implementing partner to adapt and develop training materials and visual learning aids on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD). The materials are intended for Indian enterprises, including large corporations/OEMs and MSMEs within the automobile and electronics manufacturing sectors. The goal is to create a comprehensive, multi-level training package that integrates existing ILO global resources with India-specific content, case studies, and practical tools. Key Deliverables: Inception Report & Finalized 3-Month Work Plan 1 Training Localization Brief 2 Sector-Specific RBC-HRDD Orientation Guides (Automobile & Electronics) 8 Sector-Specific Case Studies 4 Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) 8 Self-Assessment Tools 10 Visually Engaging Infographics/Posters 1 Integrated Training Package & Session Plan Submission Requirements: Interested applicants must submit technical and financial proposals separately. The proposal should include an organizational profile, team member CVs, relevant experience, a detailed methodology, a work plan, and samples of similar assignments. Evaluation Criteria: Proposals will be evaluated using the Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method, with a 70% weightage for the technical proposal and 30% for the financial proposal.
