UNRWA need Purchasing Furniture Evaluation Criteria: • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer. • Full compliance with all requirements as specified in Annex 1. Any offer without Eligibility Criteria Documents will be rejected Special conditions: • Delivery terms : • 1- (DDP- UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus): The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the items at UNRWA central warehouses in Damascus, • Due to previous quality concerns, UNRWA requires samples of goods as mentioned in table above (Annex 1 -SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS) being tendered to be submitted with your bids. Explanations of the type of goods, brand and specifications must be included. • Samples should be collected within 3 months after which UNRWA will have the right to dispose in ways it deems fit • Vendors who have not previously registered with UNRWA are requested to complete their company profile and provide proof of Chamber of Commerce registration in a separate envelope, registered vendors are requested to provide updates if changes have occurred since last registration. (Please use Annex-6). • UNRWA reserves the right to conduct necessary tests and a laboratory analysis of submitted samples and compare the results with the technical specifications which are outlined in attached (RFQ).
