Dear Prospective Bidder, You are invited to submit your offer for the Procurement of Stationary items for EPI & PEI Campaign supported by World Health Organisation (WHO), Pakistan. Closing Date: 18 July 2025, at 13:00 (Pakistan / local time) Items Needed: As per the attached (ANNEX 1). A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may notify WHO via email at the following address latest by 15 July 2025 to the following email:                                [email protected] The bidder shall submit, in writing, the complete technical and financial offers in a sealed envelope along with USB containing the editable excel file (Annex 1) to WHO, no later than 18 July 2025 at 13:00 hours Pakistan time (“the closing date”), to the following address:  Bed Ref # PAK/WHO/PROC/2025/025  World Health Organisation  NIH Premises, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad  Incoterms: DAP Pakistan as per distribution plan Annex 7 DELIVERY: Earliest possible delivery time, delivery time more than 10 may not be considered. The submitted offers should include the following documents: Submit a company profile, including organisational structure (please complete Annex 2). Provide a valid commercial registration certificate with relevant Govt department (FBR, SECP etc) of Pakistan. Demonstrate a track record of at least three Purchase Orders (POs) with the UN, government entities, or international NGOs. Mandatory-minimum of three years of relevant experience in supplying general items & stationary It is mandatory that offers be submitted per Lot. Offers for individual items within a Lot will not be accepted Submit audited financial statements for the past three years Clearly list specifications for each stationery item (brand, size, material, quality standards etc) Provide a detailed proposal outlining the delivery timeline, Incoterms, and conditions. Mandatory Earliest possible delivery time, delivery time more than 10 Days may not be considered. Bulk supply of general items & stationary Submit a financial proposal in PKR currency Proposals should remain valid for 90 days from the closing date Distribution will be split into three parts & must be responsibility of supplier : Part I items are to be delivered to Measles LAB, NIH Islamabad, Part II items must be delivered directly to the provinces as per the provided distribution plan. Part III items must be delivered directly to WHO Provincial Office Baluchistan as per the provided distribution plan. Distribution costs must be quoted separately for each part in Annex 7.
