A representative company’s contact email address must be provided to join a pre-bid meeting at least 2 working days in advance, by email to [email protected]. Sample submission to be sent as mandatory to UNHCR Hpa-An Office - No. 6/24, Bogyoke Road, 9th  Ward, Hpa-An Township, Kayin State. We would appreciate receiving your quotation by or before 28/10/2024 – at 23:59 hrs. Myanmar Time by e-mail to Supply Unit at [email protected] . Please be aware of the fact that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of (15) Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission. Please indicate in the e-mail subject field: - 24-HCR-MMR-SUP-RFQ-017 - Name of your firm - Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)   Your quotation must be valid at least for (60) days. The standard payment term of UNHCR is net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR.
