The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to Support up to 5 countries to implement Post Market Monitoring (PMM) according to WHO VAX IMD plans for 2025-2026 by integrating PMM surveys with the existing  WHOs PMM Cold Chain Information System (CCIS) data collection tool, developing associated learning materials and setting up and providing a ‘help-desk’ to implementing countries.
