The consultants will deliver a series of standardized, in-person capacity development training sessions on Gender, Entrepreneurship, and Women’s Empowerment to community members across target municipalities in Timor-Leste. Country: Timor-LestePeriod of assignment/services  : Approximately 30 days over a period of three months Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
