Site Visit  : A site visit shall be conducted to at least one school in each governorate. A certificate of site visit, duly issued by the respective school/institution administration, is mandatory and must be submitted with (Technical Proposal). This certificate will serve as confirmation of the tenderer’s understanding of the site-specific requirements. The site visits are scheduled to take place on 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 April 2026, during official working hours.
