Optional Virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday 28 October 2024 at 12:00 Noon (Syria Time). RFQ Closing date and time: 6 November 2024, 16:00 (Nairobi time). Bid submission: Bids must be submitted by email to [email protected], Please do not even copy (cc) any other email address, otherwise your bid may be disqualified, Only electronic bids will be accepted (No hard copies, No paper copies, No cloud copies are allowed). The maximum submission size of each email is 10 MB. If bids go above this limit, bidders are allowed to split the submission with clear numbering and labelling on each email. The use of the files sharing applications such as Google Drive/We transfer, etc. is not permitted and files submitted through such applications will not be considered.
