The area of operations for activities under this CFP is Libya. Grantees will be expected to respond to mine action clearance through EOD spot tasks and NTS in priority areas identified by the Libyan Mine Action Center (LibMAC). As per the current information available the priority areas are in Southern Tripoli, which encompasses Eswani, Esbeah, Wadi Elrabie, Salahuden, Ain Zara, and Airport Road area. Applicants can propose other areas of interest within Libya, provided that prior consultation with LibMAC has been conducted to enable access and task orders.  For all selected areas, applicants are encouraged to consult further with the LibMAC on priority areas for clearance and to do their own research before proposing different areas in their technical approach.
