UNDP Viet Nam is seeking for a qualified National firm to conduct capacity building for site survey supply chain with data requirements and the relation with offshore wind activities in Vietnam for the Climate Promise JSB Project.Duration: 5 months from October 2025 to February 2026Duty Station: Ha Noi, Viet NamThe primary objective of this assignment is to conduct a capacity building to support stakeholders with understanding the requirements of data and supply chain for data acquisition and the relation of data to offshore wind activities. This particularly includes measures for equitable benefits across stakeholders, marine spatial planning, and supply chain to support the development of OSW.Under the general supervision of the CCEU Head and Project Analyst, the consulting firm shall provide technical expertise to support stakeholders with understanding requirements for data and supply chain for data acquisition and the relation of data to offshore wind activities in support of offshore wind (OSW) development in Vietnam. Women-owned firms/organizations are encouraged to bid.
