Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Independent impact evaluation report of the ProAgro-Ethiopia Project (developed and disseminated by the ILO Regional Evaluation team in July 2025 ) has presented the tangible results achieved at policy and institutional level, the transformation of rural lives and especially the sustainability landmarks that have already been absorbed and owned by the very communities and government institutions that were integral to the implementation. The report also highlights the need for replication of the results through scale up in the same locations and replication to more regions. Then the work of the international consultant in collaboration with the ILO and social partners will support the Project Team and Country Office Management to develop 3 project concepts for resource mobilization with BMZ and new potential funding windows that prioritize the agriculture sector programming for the diverse objectives of climate, food security, enterprises development and rural sector economic transformation. These projects will also engage fragility contexts where agriculture is considered most impact sector for addressing employment, resilience and inclusion challenges.
