The OPCW seeks to identify a qualified vendor capable of supplying fuel cards for purchases of fuel and other related ancillary services needed for the OPCW official fleet of vehicles within the Benelux region. The vendor should be able to provide for the administration of all tax-exempt mechanisms, submission for and monitoring of required fiscal process, in line with the standard Host State Agreement between International Organisations in the Netherlands and the Dutch Government.
