The WFP Ukraine Country office seeks to establish a long-term agreement with Quality and Quantity inspection services for its purchased food commodities in Ukraine. The purpose of this EOI is to identify Quality and Quantity inspection of food providers with verified technical and financial capacity in food inspection, monitoring, verification, validation, analysis, and testing for the food commodities listed in point 4. Eligible service providers meeting WFP's defined technical and financial requirements will be invited to participate in the bidding process for the proposed tender. As a result of tender, the long-term agreement will be established with the best bidder for supply of services.
