Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: To respond to on direct requests from the NSSF, and building on past and existing technical support to the NSSF, the ILO will support the NSSF in Cambodia through: • a comprehensive business process review of the current NSSF health insurance scheme, including the claims management system. • a technical workshop to present review findings, present and discuss best international practices to inform discussions on potential reform options to improve the operational processes.
