Background The United Nation Development Programme in Rwanda (UN) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to conduct a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) for the UNDP Non-Resident Agencies building and prepare the conceptual C proposed Design The scope includes 2 Phases: · Phase 1. Building Survey C Documentation. · Phase 2. Conceptual C Proposed DesignThe entire scope will be completed within a total duration of 6 weeks from the contract signing date For all interested bidders, a compulsory debriefing meeting is scheduled on the 26th January 2026, from 2.30 pm, and will be followed by site Visit of the Non- Resident Agencies Building at the UNDP premise from 3.00 pm.
