Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: - To take field mission and conduct field data collection in ILO’s project sites (Cotabato City and South Upi, Maguindanao del SurBARMM) as determined by the lead evaluator in consultation with the evaluation manager. - To interviews with key stakeholders, based on the methodology and using evaluation instruments/tools designed by the lead evaluator. - To developed interview notes and to write brief reports during the interview on main observations and conclusions and submit to the lead evaluator. - To participate and jointly facilitate the stakeholder’s validation workshop.
