United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:   Evaluation service to assess the relevance of the PhosAgro/UNESCO/IUPAC  partnership in green chemistry, its effectiveness (i.e. the fulfilment of its objectives) and its efficiency, and to generate recommendations to UNESCO in view of renewing the current Partnership Agreement with PhosAgro, which will expire in October 2025.  The bidders should take into consideration the added value of UNESCO, the degree to which UNESCO’s global priorities – Africa and Gender Equality – are incorporated in the Project, as well as the extent to which the Project contributes to the Organization’s mandate, and in particular that of the Natural Sciences Sector, and the UN 2030 Agenda.
