Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO is seeking an expert to conduct research with international buyers and ecosystem actors on Lebanon's business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, analyse Lebanon's competitiveness and positioning in international BPO markets, and present the findings and a recommended strategy to Lebanese BPO companies and sector actors, under the ADA-funded Markets for Inclusion (M4I) programme. The assignment will also provide advisory support to the ILO on the design of related sector interventions.
